Each session is structured to meet you where you are and guide you toward steady, confident progression — whether you're working toward longer breath-holds, smoother technique, or preparing for deeper dives.
Each session includes:
- Professional and personalized coaching capped at 6 max attendee
- Planned workout designed to progressively increase CO₂ tolerance
- Breathwork and relaxation techniques to optimize performance
- Focused dynamic and static apnea training
- Emphasis on safe, enjoyable practice
Ideal for:

Location: Miami Aquatic Centre, Gold Coast

Prerequisites:
- Must have attended a formal freediving or an introduction to freediving course
- Must possess own equipment: mask, snorkel, fins, weightbelt, temperature-appropriate wetsuit, and PVC-coated weights
(Weightbelt and weights can be provided free of charge for the first session if needed)
